the PSE team includes senior engineers & product designers from the supercar and F1 industry as well as from aerospace backgrounds.
PSE have had
to expand their mould-making capabilities and now have a network of ISO certified tool / mould makers that have un-rivalled experience and
exceptional lead times.
We now have 2 manufacturing facilities - one of which is focused on R&D and New Product Development and the other site
which is utilised for production.

Our design team can help you design the product you want. Whether we use a PSE design or a customer-specific product design, our CAD design team will analyse the CAD data and complete the New Product Design. We can offer our stock models and integrate the customer's stock inlet or start fresh with a different design. Together, PSE management have the knowledge and skillset to assist you with designing the product your brand requires.
Prior to tooling manufacture, CAD design files can be converted into a milled or 3D printed prototype. This prototype can be analysed for ergonomic, visual and tech changes that may be required to the product design.
PSE have been manufacturing our own composite moulds since 2008 and now have an inventory of over 15 rifle stock moulds in our factory. Moulds can be offered in composite materials as well as aluminium / steel for larger volume products. Our latest product series benefits from high precision made aluminium moulds. Our mould makers are ISO 9001 certified and are accustomed to tight deadlines and short lead times.
Manufacturing Process Optimisation is of vital importance to ensure that the OEM parts are produced as efficiently as possible and to the desired quality and price. Years of experience has enabled the PSE team to learn how to optimise production using certain manufacturing techniques. This is a major advantage to our OEM clients as they do not waste time and other valuable resources by learning these hard lessons themselves.
We have been manufacturing rifle stocks since 2008. We have a factory facility dedicated to composite part manufacturing in Kinsale, Cork, Ireland - well positioned for the EU market. Our manufacturing facility has capacity for several thousand stocks per annum and is geared for OEM scale production. We run stringent process controls and have a reliable network of material suppliers, some of which the PSE management team have used for over 30 years. Our manufacturing facilities allow for production, finish and assembly of composite products. This greatly benefits our OEM customers as they receive a product that is essentially "drop-in ready".
